    • The tracking link sent via email or WhatsApp
  • Didn’t receive tracking info? Contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 6 hours of placing them. After that, processing begins and the item is likely in transit.

Item not available or delayed?

If a U.S. seller cancels or delays your item, we’ll notify you right away and offer:

  • A full refund
  • Or a replacement option

I was charged but didn’t get a confirmation

Please check your spam or promotions folder.
Still nothing? Contact support with your payment receipt, and we’ll confirm your order manually.
