1. Retailer Return Policies
Returns are governed by each U.S. retailer’s rules. EncargoGo does not control their policies.
2. Initiating a Return
- Must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery
- Use “My Orders” → “Request Return”
3. Return Shipping
- Items must be unused and sealed
- Shipping costs are buyer’s responsibility unless noted
4. Duties & Taxes
- Non-refundable
- Partial credits may be issued
5. Refunds
- Issued within 7–10 business days
- Refund to original method or EncargoGo wallet
- Service fees are non-refundable
6. Damaged Items
- Report within 3 days with photos
- Eligible for full refund or replacement
7. Non-Returnable
Food, cosmetics, digital, personalized, clearance items
8. Cancellations
- Before purchase: full refund
- After purchase: subject to retailer and logistics deductions
